Moved in

We are finally moved into our home! It's been an amazing venture to get everything done and accomplished, and I still have more to do.  We moved in last sunday, September 4, but they couldn't turn the power on until September 7th, so we just moved in and I would come during the days and try to unpack things and try to get everything set.  That in itself was interesting.  Unpacking without a TV to watch gets a little boring after time.  I got the kitchen completely unpacked and the Guest Bedroom is unpacked, except for the clothes we need to add into that dresser because we simply have TOO much stuff! 

I am really enjoying the hard wood floors that are in the living room, dinning room, and kitchen, but I need to mop them and sweep them more frequently.  I haven't mopped since we moved in, hoping to get everything in its place before I try to start those chores up on a regular basis.  The hallway and bedrooms are all carpeted and it makes things a lot easier for those rooms.  We have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.  We have turned 1 room into our office and 1 room into our Guest room, and the other of course is the master bedroom.  The master bedroom has a different set up than what I am used to with the vanity and sink being outside of the bathroom and the bathroom itself just being the toilet and the shower/bathtub.  It is nice though to be able to get ready without all of the humidity left behind from the shower to mess up my hair (haha).  I have pictures on my phone but they just aren't very good in quality so I will do my best to get pictures taken of each of the rooms in the next week.  Of course, I won't take pictures until I have gotten everything unpacked and all of the decorations placed.  That is my goal for this next week to accomplish.

Other than getting the house settled we haven't been up to much of anything.  We finally got Dish Network yesterday, which is absolutely amazing to have TV again and connection to the world after around 2 months without knowing what in the world was going on.  I will get better at updating this as I have easy access to internet now.  Hope all is well with each of you!
