So... After much prayer, thought, talking with our families, and with each other, a week and a half ago, Richard and I decided that we were ready to make a big change in our lives. That big change was Richard accepting a Full-Time position at Camp Olympia in Trinity, Texas. This is a big deal for us because we've never lived this far from our entire family and I have never lived more than an hour away from my twin, except during the summers.
We're learning all about new adventures and how blessed we truly are. Today I got a pleasant surprise from my bosses at work. They decided they wanted to help us out with moving expenses and gas to get everything down there. Talk about a blessing! We are so thrilled to start out our new life in the small town of Trinity but will miss our family here in Oklahoma. I feel blessed to have an amazing twin that has come over almost every night for the past week to help us pack things up and let me play with my niece. I also feel blessed to have such great friends around us to be willing to help out and celebrate our new adventure.
With the being said, this is the beginning of our adventure and it is my goal to note everything that we experience in this adventure. I want to keep everyone up to date with the happenings of our lives. I wish you all the best and I'm excited to be on our way to a new beginning!
